▶ Students taking polytechnics, ITI, graduate, and other UG / PG courses in public, private, and government colleges can apply.
▶ Students pursuing studies in government and private colleges are eligible for this program, moreover, their family income is expected to be less than Rs 2.5 Lakh per year.
▶ Beneficiaries must have wetlands of less than 10 acres / agricultural land of fewer than 25 acres.
▶ The beneficiarys family does not have a four-wheeled vehicle (car, taxi, car, etc.).
▶ The beneficiarys family does not pay any property tax.
